I welcome opinions on this helmet. I have
never been sure on originality and the item
was purchased on a whim!. The shell is
stamped "Q64" and has a production run
number although it is hidden under the rear
skirt basket clip. Fabulous M42 display
helmet, real or fake but I would welcome a
few expert opinions' prior to deciding to
list this helmet for sale or updating the
description.
Not sure as to whether this helmet is period or not although
the wire and general wear and tear in extremely convincing, as such it is listed
with a realistic asking price.
