AND CONDITIONS
Listing of an item is at the discretion of the admin and must
meet certain criteria in order to be approved. We do not accept
any reproduction or parts items or militaria of a general sub
standard not encountered on the rest of website.
We charge a 10% flat fee of the selling price, payable on
completion of the sale and no charges for listing. These rates
are less than half of other dealers!. The listing price is to be
agreed between the seller and site admin prior to having an item
approved for display.
We prefer the item to be sent to us at the
sellers expense for assessment and to be photographed to
an acceptable standard and to ensure an accurate description on
the listing. A full receipt of the item can be supplied on
request, either electronically or hard copy.
There are no time limits for display of an item, once accepted
for consignment.
THE SELLER :
The seller agrees that full payment of the item on completion of
a sale will be made to wardaggers.com and that the
flat 10% will be deducted prior to having the funds forwarded.
The seller agrees that the items description and photographs displayed,
remain the property of, and at the discretion of the website
owner.
The seller will disclose any knowledge or faults with an item prior to
listing and any claimed provenance is substantiated beyond any
reasonable doubt.
The seller agrees that once an item is consigned to
wardaggers.com that a request for return of an item
for any reason is at the sellers expense
( i.e postage and insurance at cost ).
The seller agrees that any damage incurred during the transit of an item
between wardaggers.com and the owner or
the owner to www.wardaggers.com is the sole responsibility of
the seller, and we strongly urge for items to be fully insured.
The seller agrees that funds will not released until we receive postage
confirmation that the consignment has been received and approved
by the buyer.
The seller agrees that a 10 day returns policy is
guaranteed by wardaggers.com and any returns or disputes after
this period remain the responsibility of the the buyer and the
seller. The seller agrees not to spam the admin's e-mail
inbox on an hourly basis asking how many enquiries he has had!.
THE BUYER :
The buyer agrees that
postage will be charged at cost via a tracked method to include
insurance.
The buyer agrees that a 10 day returns policy is guaranteed by
wardaggers.com and any returns or disputes after this period
remain the responsibility of the the buyer and the seller.
wardaggers.com does not accept any liability for an item lost or
damaged in transit or deemed
as sold and completed ( i.e payment and item received by both
parties ). Any returns or disputes after our 10 day returns
policy remain the
responsibility of the seller and buyer.
