44asw & 4bym K98 Bayonet ( Mismatch
)
A late war mismatched bayonet marked " 44asw " with the serial "
4055k " in a scabbard by the scarce manufacturer Machinenhaus Ferlach
" 4bym " and " 1716c ". The hilt fittings and scabbard show
light surface rust but the bayonet blade has survived remarkably
well retaining 95%+ of original blue. The leather frog and
retaining strap are good and manufacturer marked " KVZ 1943 ".
Untouched and never been apart.
